I am a passionate changemaker, facilitator, and coach dedicated to human-centric design. With a solid leadership background, I thrive on applying design thinking to tackle meaningful challenges, all while serving a positive impact in the world.

My life integrates and fully expresses the multiple passions, talents, and interests that a single career cannot accommodate. Throughout a non-linear 12-year journey, I have successfully led projects and teams. Whether it has been conducting circular waste management experiments in a chemical lab, envisioning future energy systems for cities, managing the marketing team of a million-user brand, leading a group and leadership development session, facilitating a design led workshop, or coaching a client the red thread weaving through my work has always been the commitment to establishing genuine human connections.

Before my roles as a business & service designer at H&M and Fjord, my path crossed Klarna as an organisational developer and EY Doberman as a design strategist. These followed the business program at Hyper Island, where I collaborated with diverse clients, deepening my understanding of leadership, group dynamics, and organisational growth. My academic foundation in engineering and sustainable technology adds a data-driven and environmentally conscious perspective to my work. Leading various marketing teams, I’ve learned that effective leadership requires a deep understanding of people—balancing empathy, clear direction, and creating space for everyone to contribute meaningfully.

Today, I am deeply passionate about leadership development, coaching, and facilitation, driven by a commitment to personal growth and a transformative approach. As a certified Co-Active coach, team development facilitator, and embodied yoga and somatic meditation teacher, I also lead meditation and singing circles and support somatic communication workshops. My work brings a holistic view to business that honors its foundation: humans.

I thrive on iterative processes, challenging assumptions, and redefining questions. I approach challenges holistically and explore them with open-ended questions. My curiosity drives me to redesign organizations based on a vision for the future, gracefully interweaving the needs of people and businesses.
