I am a changemaker, facilitator, and coach with a leadership background and passion for human-centred design. By day, I work as a service & business designer, specializing in organizational, leadership and group development. My work centers on creating space for meaningful dialogue, supporting individuals and teams to co-create change and navigate complexity with curiosity, clarity, and presence.
Beyond this role, I lead an embodied coaching practice rooted in meditation, somatic awareness and inquiry. I offer sessions that invite individuals and groups to explore their inner landscapes, deepen self-awareness, and align with the authentic expression of their leadership by attuning to the wisdom of the body and the stillness of the present moment.
Over the past 12 years, I have followed a non-linear path, weaving together diverse experiences across engineering, business management, design strategy, and organizational development. Whether managing the marketing team of a brand with a million users, leading a group development session, facilitating a design-led workshop, or coaching a client the common thread in my work has always been deepening human connections.
Prior to my roles at H&M and Fjord, I was hired by Klarna as org. developer and EY Doberman as design strategist. From my time managing teams, I’ve learned that effective leadership requires a deep understanding of people—balancing empathy, clear direction, and creating space for everyone to contribute meaningfully. These experiences combined with my time at Hyper Island and my academic foundation in engineering and sustainable technology, shaped a holistic perspective that bridges creativity, systems thinking, and human connection.
As a certified coach, team development facilitator, and embodied yoga and somatic meditation teacher, I bring a balanced approach that honors both the strategic and the human. Whether collaborating with leaders and teams at H&M or guiding clients in their personal transformation, my work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins with self-awareness and connection.
I thrive on iterative processes, challenging assumptions, and redefining questions while exploring challenges with open-ended curiosity. My vision is to redesign organizations that interweave the needs of people and businesses, creating futures that are both functional and deeply human.
